Drogas turnover increased by 4.6% in 2008

The cosmetics/household goods store chain Drogas looked at a LVL 64.7 consolidated turnover in 2008, which was 4.6% more than in 2007 when turnover was LVL 61.87 million.

Consolidated profit for the chain in 2008 was LVL 5.01 million or 2.6% more than in 2008, informs LETA.

 

The first Drogas store was opened in Riga in 1993, and is the largest cosmetics/household goods retailer in the Baltic States with 122 outlets, 73 in Latvia. There are 45 in Lithuania and four Watsons stores in Estonia.
