Estonian ForMin considers Europarliament's ACTA decision the right one

Estonian foreign minister Urmas Paet considers the decision of the Europarliament on Wednesday to reject the anti-fraud trade pact ACTA the correct one and adds that there is room for discussions still, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.

"There is nothing surprising for me in this decision. I think that was a completely logical course of developments," said Paet.
Paet said that the decision of the European Parliament was the correct one, considering the heated discussions that accompanied the bill.
"It was the correct one since it is not right to resort to steamrolling in matters where a very large part of experts are against it," said Paet.
Paet said that the digital world has developed very quickly and the legal space hasn’t kept up. "Discussions regarding this will certainly continue about how these solutions could be made most reasonable and optimal," said Paet.
