Print versionThe U.S. newspaper ''San Francisco Chronicle'' has published a satirical cartoon mocking Latvia's ''success story''.

The cartoon points out to the country's high unemployment, mass emigration, as well as slow economic growth.
The author of the cartoon is American cartoonist Mark Fiore, who received a ''Pulitzer Prize'' in 2010.
