Eesti Energia board chairman Sandor Liive said that Eesti Energia will invest the 25 million euros from selling Televõrk in the electricity distribution network and Narva power plants.
The transaction enables Tele2 to use till 2025 a pan-Estonian fibre-optical telecoms network that runs alongside electricity main lines, the service of which it bought so far.
The Kõu wireless internet service, the second branch of operations of Televõrk, will be provided by Tele2 Eesti from July 1.
