Baltic Data Center acquires Hostex

Print versionBaltic Data Center, a subsidiary of TEO LT, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services in Lithuania, acquired a 100% stake in Hostex, TEO LT, the parent company of Baltic Data Center, reports to NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.

Baltic Data Center bought Hostex from Martinson Trigon of Estonia. Hostex provides web hosting services to residential and small companies as well as Internet portals. From the year 1995, operating enterprise has 20 employees, informs LETA/ELTA.
As reported, the company Hostex used to be named MicroLink Lietuva, and changed its title in March 2008.
