The three separate legal entities were merged into Atria Eesti AS.
Managing director of Atria Eesti AS Kaido Kaare stated that the changes in the commercial register have already taken place. According to him, nothing will change for the end users of the products of the company and the brands Wõro, Vastse-Kuuste and Maks & Moorits will be maintained.
Atria acquired AS Wõro Kommerts and AS Vastse-Kuuste Lihatööstused in June last year. Valga Lihatööstus has been a part of Atria Group since the year 2005 already.
Atria currently has a market share of nearly a quarter in meat products in Estonia.
