Estonian Proekspert's minority shareholders buy out company from Danfoss

So far 75.2% of the company's shares belonged to Danfoss and the company's Estonian employees owned 24.8%. The price and other details of the contract were not disclosed.
"It has been our dream that Proekspert was a company of our own people. We believe that the best organization is one whose employees are also the owners," said the head of Proekspert Marko Sverdlik.
Proekspert was a member of the Danfoss Group since 2003, when the large Danish company bought 51% of the company's shares. In 2009, Danfoss increased its stake to 75.2%.
"Proekspert will remain Danfoss's strategic partner and the current fruitful and successful cooperation will continue," said Vice President of Danfoss Troels Petersen.
Proekspert is an Estonian software company founded in 1993, which currently employs more than 120 people. The company's profit reached a million euros last year on turnover exceeding seven million euros.
