Legal protection for knitwear giant Ogres trikotaza

The Insolvency Register of Latvia has received an entry on a court-recommended legal protection process and approval for its implementation for the Latvian knitwear maker Ogres trikotaza, informs LETA/Nozare.lv.

This means that the company must enforce the legal protection plan in two years time.

 

Last year, turnover at Ogres trikotaza was at LVL 5,541,419, but losses at LVL 73,653.

 

Knitwear factory Ogres Trikotāža is the biggest knitwear manufacturer in Baltic States. The enterprise includes four industrial workshops – knitting, rustication (MWP), construction and packing, as well as two warehouses – for raw materials and accessories and finished products.  The enterprise possesses modern equipment and technologies that allow producing wide range of knitwear. The factory has more than 6000 units of work equipment; inter alia, knitting, sewing, round-knitting and rustication equipment.
