Snoras bankrupt declared

Print versionThe Vilnius district court made a ruling to initiate legal proceedings against Snoras bankruptcy. Neil Cooper, chief partner of the consultancy company Zolfo Cooper Europe, was appointed the bankruptcy trustee.

He is a member of the team of Simon Freakley, who has been temporary administrator of Snoras since November. After the Vilnius district court made its ruling, the powers of Snoras temporary administrator Simon Freakley ended, reports LETA/ELTA.
Now, the main Neil Cooper's aim will be saving and successfully selling subsidiary companies of Snoras in order to return money for its creditors.
