Amber Beverage Group executive director Seymour Ferreira informed that Mountain Spirits is a significant market player in distribution and wholesale of alcoholic beverages in Austria that will help Amber Beverage Group to ensure strong support in East European region and a possibility to enter the strategically important Alps region.

Mountain Spirits was founded in 2004. 

Amber Beverage Group was established in October 2014 as the international beverage company SPI Group consolidated its companies in the Baltic countries. Amber Beverage Group is a majority shareholder in three Latvia-registered companies: Latvijas Balzams, Amber Distribution Latvia, and Bravo.

Amber Beverage Group holds more than 200 brands and employs more than 2,100 people.
