Riga Street Food Festival to take place in Riga's Old Town in mid-January

Riga Street Food Festival, organized by the Riga Tourism Development Bureau, will take place in Riga's Old Town in mid-January, as the Riga Tourism Development Bureau's board chairman Guntars Grinvalds told BC.
During the festival, chefs from sixteen Riga restaurants will offer their interpretations on Latvian street food. The event will take place on January 18 from noon to 8 p.m. at the intersection of Kalku Street and Valnu Street.
Participating in the Riga Street Food Festival will be restaurants Aqua Luna, Centralais Gastro Tirgus, Charleston, Entresol, Farm, Garage, Hercogs, Kolonade. Musu Stasti", Koya, Osta, Ozo Restorans, Stage 22, Steiku Haoss, St. Petrus, Tinto and Valmiermuiza Beer Embassy in Riga.
"The event will be fashioned as a street art performance, reflecting on the people who shape the rhythm, image and overall feel of the city every day," said Grinvalds.
