Lars Thuesen Formalises Ownership of airBaltic

The Latvian airline airBaltic has been notified by the Danish investor Lars Thuesen that formalities have been completed to acquire 20% stake in Latvian national airline airBaltic that was held by German investor Ralf-Dieter Montag-Girmes, the airBaltic representatives informed BC.
As a result, Lars Thuesen has become 100% owner of Aircraft Leasing 1 SIA
on 6 April 2017.
Aircraft Leasing 1 SIA is the investment vehicle
that is the holder of 20% shares of airBaltic.
airBaltic serves over 60 destinations from its home base in Riga,
Latvia. From every one of these locations, airBaltic
offers convenient connections via Riga to its network spanning Europe,
Scandinavia, CIS and the Middle East. In addition, airBaltic also offers direct flights from Tallinn and Vilnius.
