According to MOVE Guides CEO and founder Brynne Kennedy, "MOVE Guides and Teleport have a shared vision to democratize global mobility through software and data science."  

Teleport's Tallinn office will continue work as usual, becoming one of MOVE Guides' offices alongside San Francisco, London and Hong Kong. Product development will continue at Teleport's two European offices.

Teleport was founded in 2014 by early Skype employees Sten Tamkivi and Silver Keskkula. It is headquartered in Tallinn.
