BC, Tallinn, 10.04.2017.Print version
The Estonian state-owned energy company Eesti Energia is planning to take over 5% of the Polish energy market, CEO Hando Sutter told journalists on Monday, according to the ISBnews reports writes LETA/BNS.

Eesti Energia said last year that the company's subsidiary Enefit is planning to enter Poland's market and is in the process of getting sales licenses.

According to Sutter, Eesti Energia's initial investment in Poland is not a large-scale one and the company mainly contributes in organic growth. In the future the company would consider investing in renewable energy, but according to Sutter no direct talks have been held in the field.
