Ethiopian Airlines is the fastest growing airline in Africa, well known for its efficiency and operational success. Its 139 routes cover 91 destinations across five continents, including 41 city in Africa (17 of them within Ethiopia), nine in Europe (Stockholm, Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Paris, Rome, Vienna and Madrid), 20 in the Middle East and Asia, 4 in Americas. All flights are operated from Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. The carrier is a member of Star Alliance.

Ethiopian's renewed fleet numbers 63 airplanes, including nine state-of-art Boeing 787 Dreamliner in service and six in order, as well as 14 Airbus A350-900 in order, making it the first African carrier ordering this type of equipment.
