92% Ryanair flights were on-time in March

Ryanair, Europe’s favourite low fares airline, today Ryanair, Europe’s favourite low fares airline, on April 7th released its March 2014 customer service statistics which confirm that Ryanair remains Europe’s No 1 customer service airline with:

·     92% of 35,000 flights arriving on-time

·     Less than 1 complaint per 2,000 passengers

·     Less than 1 bag complaint per 2,000 passengers

·     Over 99% of all complaints answered within 7 days.

 

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:

 

Ryanair carried 5.2m customers in March with 92% of our 35,000 flights arriving on-time, as we continued to improve our industry leading customer service. All Ryanair customers may now bring a small second bag on board, make faster bookings and register their details on our easier to use website, enjoy “quiet flights” and allocated seating, and can now use their personal electronic devices at all stages of their flight, as Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than just the lowest fares.”
