„As many different aspects have arisen that put the success and high quality of the organizational part of this project under question and high risk, than we consider it impossible to give start this Sunday to the annual event, “ said the main organizer, the Honorary Consul of Monaco in Estonia Mr Jüri Tamm. „We do continue the negotiations with our active supporters, partners and registered competitors to postpone the event to September,“ added mr Tamm.

The main causes brought up by mr Tamm were that one supporter suspended their activity in project on last minute and the timing of the arrival being too close to the F1 competition in Monaco. „ It appears that bringing the arrival time so close to the F1 competition on Monte Carlo was a mistake, that brought different difficulties with the organization of the arrival in Monte Carlo.“ Explained mr Tamm about the reasons of postponing the event.

Mr Tamm apologizes in front of all the supporters, partners, the municipalities and the followers, especially branches of JCI in Tallinn, Pärnu, Riga Jelgava, Panevezys, Kaunas, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Graz and Vienna, who have put their great effort into organizing the local events.

„Of course it was not an easy decision and we really hoped up until the very last minute to overcome the difficulties, but since we did not succeed in it, than today our only reasonable option is postponing, “ said mr Tamm. „I apologize sincerely and personally in front of all partners, supporters and helpers and I do wish they understand. “
