Limarko to sell ship LYRA

Print versionThe Lithuania-based maritime company Limarko Laivininkystes Kompanija concluded the memorandum of agreement for sale of a motor vessel LYRA, Limarko Laivininkystes Kompanija said in a statement.

The vessel shall be handed over to the buyer in September 2012, writes LETA/ELTA.
As reported, revenue of the Lithuania-based maritime company Limarko Laivininkystes Kompanija, in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, amounted to 17.5 million litas during the first quarter of 2012, which was by 39% less as compared to the revenue of 28.6 million litas earned during the first quarter of 2011.
During the first quarter of 2012, LLK's EBITDA amounted to 5.8 million litas, and the EBITDA margin was 33%.
The EBITDA for the first quarter of 2011 was 7.4 million litas, and the EBITDA margin was 26%.
