Klaipedos Nafta posts 20.5% drop in H1 revenue

Lithuania's oil product and liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals operator Klaipedos Nafta said on Thursday that its consolidated first-half revenue in 2020 dropped to 40.7 million euros, down 20.5% from 51.2 million euros in the same period last year, informs LETA/BNS.

Klaipedos Nafta, the parent company, saw its revenue go down by 22 percent to 39.7 million euros, the state-controlled company said in a stock exchange release. 


The group's first-half net profits almost trebled to 9.4 million euros, from 2.5 million euros a year ago. The company's net profit soared to 9.3 million euros, from 2.5 million euros. 


The group's EBITDA came in at 26.6 million euros, down 17.6 percent year-on-year. The parent company's EBITDA fell by 17.9 percent to 26.5 million euros. 


Klaipedos Nafta is quoted on the blue-chip Main List of the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.
