UniPark parking lots to operate under EuroPark brand

As a result of EuroPark Latvia's takeover of Stova, the operator of UniPark parking lots, all UniPark parking lots in Riga will be operating under the EuroPark brand, LETA was told at the company.
After the merger, EuroPark will be operating 95 parking lots in Riga with the total capacity of more than 10,000 vehicles.
UniPark manages 11 facilities in Riga and its area, including a multi-story parking facility at 2 Pragas Street and 4 Lielgabalu Street, as well as parking lots at the Olimpia shopping center Mukusala Business Center.
UniPark clients are asked to use the EuroPark mobile app to pay for parking services.
Stova and EuroPark Latvia announced the merger on June 5.
As a result of the reorganization, Stova will be merged with EuroPark Latvia which is taking over Stova's assets, rights and obligations. Stova will cease to exist and the Lithuanian-registered company Parkdema will become the direct owner of EuroPark Latvia.
