Stockholm-bound Tallink ferry delayed in Riga port due to technical issues

The Isabelle, a Stockholm-bound ferry operated by Estonia’s Tallink Grupp, was delayed in the port of Riga for more than two hours on Thursday because of technical issues, LETA was told at the shipping company.

The situation is being dealt with and the ferry is expected to be operational again shortly, the press service of Tallink informed. The Isabelle was scheduled to leave for Stockholm at 5:30 p.m.


Tallink representative Baiba Muceniece told LETA that technical maintenance works were being completed on the ship which was now expected to depart after 8:15 p.m.
