Lithuania's Klaipedos Nafta posts Jan-Sep profits unchanged

Klaipedos Nafta (Klaipeda Oil), the Lithuanian state-controlled oil loading company and the operator of the liquefied natural gas ( LNG ) terminal, netted a profit of 13.024 mln euros in the three quarters of this year, down by 0.4%, from 13.095 mln euros, January-September of 2015, writes LETA/BNS.

The company's revenue climbed 1.8% to 80.284 mln euros over the period, it said in a message to the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange.


Klaipedos Nafta's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) dropped by 2.8% to 24.3 mln euros in the first three quarters of 2016 year-on-year.


The state owns 72.32% of the company's shares, while 10.24% are owned by Achemos Grupe. The shares are quoted on the blue-chip Main List of the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange.
