Passenger flows at Lithuanian airports up by 13.8 % in Jan-Aug y/y

Print versionSome 3.166 mln passengers arrived in and departed from Lithuanian airports in the first eight months of this year, up by 13.8 % year-on-year, informs LETA/BNS.

In August alone, the number of passengers in Lithuanian
airports was 481,500, up by 10.9 % year-on-year and by 1.8 % month-on-month,
Statistics Lithuania said on Wednesday.
Some 900 tons of cargo and post were handled in airports in
Lithuania in the January-August period this year, up by 2.6 % from the same
period last year.
