Estonian court declares Copterline bankrupt

Print versionThe Tallinn-based Harju county court on March 11th declared the helicopter operator OU Copterline bankrupt, informs LETA/BNS.

The court appointed Indrek Lepsoo as trustee in the bankruptcy and set the date of the first meeting of creditors for April 8, it appears from the ruling of the court.
The court also ordered former member of the management board Tonis Lepp to confirm under oath the correctness of the list of assets and list of debt of the company before the first meeting of creditors.
The bankruptcy petition was filed by OU Copterline itself.
