Print versionEstonian national carrier Estonian Air's loss in 2014 amounted to EUR 6.4 million, although the company hoped to reduce it to EUR 3 million with a restructuring program, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.

Chairman of the Board of Estonian Air Jan Palmer said that, among other things, the result was affected by the crisis in Ukraine, because Estonian Air's eastward activity decreased thus significantly.
Moreover, the results were also greatly affected by the increased competition.
