Furniture from Latvian president's office arrives at House of Blackheads

Print versionFour moving men delivered the President’s Office furniture to its new home in the House of Blackheads (Melngalvju nams) today, where an open house was held for visitors. Furniture from the other chancery offices was also transferred.

The president’s press secretary Liga Krapane informed reporters today that move is proceeding without a hitch, and it can be assumed that the chancery will be able to resume normal operations tomorrow, reports LETA.
She mentioned as a high point that the new home can contain much greater capacity, and individual rooms can be considered a protocol’s dream.”
