According to Firmas.lv data, Latvia Hotel Invest is fully owned by the Cyprus-registered Nolefe Enterprises Limited, its sole board member is Linda Aldina, informs LETA.
Latvia Hotel Invest was recently registered in Latvia, its core business will be the renewal of "Hotel Elefant" operations and its day-to-day management, Ektornet reports.
The 7304 square-meter hotel building with 159 rooms was finished in 2008 and has an excellent location between Riga International Airport and downtown Riga with easy access to major traffic arteries. The building includes underground parking, restaurant and conference halls.
Ektornet Commercial Latvia is part of Ektornet AB, a real estate company established by the Swedbank group in 2009.
Ektornet Commercial Latvia bought the hotel building from the insolvent V.B.O in November 2010 for LVL 3.6 million.
