Arco Vara revenue decreased by 47% in H1

Print versionEstonian real estate developer Arco Vara generated revenue and other income in amount of 139.1 million kroons during the first half-year in 2010, which is 47% less, year-over-year, Arco Vara reports to NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.

Operating loss amounted to 16.0 million kroons, a 74% improvement year-over-year.
Net loss of the company was 17.8 million kroons – 82% improvement in yearly comparison, writes LETA.
Equity to assets ratio was 37.1% (in the first half of the year 2009: 45.7%). Return on equity was negative, in corresponding period of the year 2009 it was also negative.
In the first half of 2010 Arco Vara sold a total of 53 apartments and plots (in the first half of 2009 – 25).
