Supply of apartments in Riga down 2% in July

Print versionIn July 2018, the supply of apartments in Riga dropped 2% from June, while apartment supply in Riga's largest residential neighborhoods fell 3%, informs LETA referring to the latest housing market review by Arco Real Estate.

Compared to
July 2017, the overall supply of apartments in Riga decreased 4% whereas in the
residential neighborhoods it rose 3%.
The highest
supply of apartments in July this year was recorded in the neighborhoods of
Purvciems, while the lowest supply of apartments was in Bolderaja.
