Merko to renovate Chinese embassy in Tallinn

Print versionThe listed Estonian construction company Merko Ehitus is set to perform the renovation works of the official embassy residence and the construction of staff apartments of the Chinese embassy in Kadriorg for 6 million euros, reports LETA/BNS.

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS
Merko Ehitus group, and the embassy
of the People's Republic of China on August 14th entered into a contract to
perform the renovation works of the official embassy residence and the
construction of staff apartments located at 108 Narva Road in Tallinn, the
company told the stock exchange.
The value of the contract is approximately 6 million euros, plus VAT. The
work is scheduled to be finished in September 2018.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti is a
construction company which offers construction services in general
construction, civil engineering, electrical, road and residential construction.
