The company's sales revenue in 2016 increased 48.5% to 1.3 mln euros, the city government said.

Tallinna Toostuspargid consists of three industrial parks: Tondiraba, Betooni and Suur-Sojamae. All plots in the Tondiraba industrial park have either been sold or encumbered with building rights. An area consisting of six plots has been developed at the Betooni industrial park, where in 2016 organization of development contests to find developers for two vacant properties continued.

An area consisting of 16 plots will be developed in the Suur-Sojamae industrial park, of which the first stage or Tapri Street with eight properties has been finished. Organization of development contests was continued in 2016 to find the developer for five vacant properties. Developers were found for two of those properties.

Tallinna Toostuspargid is an organizer of the construction of industrial park infrastructure, manager of estate, buildings and structures of industrial parks, car parks and commercial areas belonging to the city of Tallinn.
