Eften Real Estate Fund III to pay EUR 1.5 mln in dividends

Eften Real Estate Fund III, the Baltic real estate fund for private investors set up by the investment company Eften Capital in June 2015, is to pay dividends worth a total of 1.5 mln euros this year, writes LETA/BNS.

The company's supervisory board changed the profit distribution proposal made in the annual report and proposed paying 0.63 euros per share or a total of 1.5 mln euros, it can be seen from the agenda of the general meeting of shareholders.


The fund's undistributed profit stood at 5.4 mln euros at the end of last year, and after the dividend and capital reserve allocations it is to total 3.6 mln euros.


The fund's general meeting of shareholders is to take place on Mar. 30 and the dividend is to be paid on Mar. 31.


In the first half of 2016 the fund held its second public offering worth 11 mln euros. In 2017 the fund is planning to hold the next public offering.


Eften Real Estate Fund III has a term of 10 years, divided into three years of investment and seven years for holding and exit. The fund will potentially be listed on the Baltic stock market after the investment period.
