Residential property prices increased by 0.8% in Lithuania in Q1

Residential property prices in Lithuania climbed by 0.8% in the first quarter of 2016 from the previous quarter, data from Statistics Lithuania showed on June 20th, cites LETA/BNS.
Prices for existing properties increased by a quarterly 1%, with prices for flats in multi-apartment buildings up by 1.5% and those for flats in one- or two-flat houses down by 0.6%, the statistics office said.
Prices for newly built properties edged up by 0.2%, with prices for flats in one- or two-flat houses up by 3.5% and those for flats in multi-apartment buildings down by 1.1%.
