Valsts nekustamie ipasumi turnover in Latvia grew by 8% in 2014

Consolidated turnover of state property management company Valsts nekustamie ipasumi in Latvia (the State Real Estate) and its subsidiaries in 2014 reached EUR 51.7 million, which is 8% more than in 2013. The company has been successfully increasing its turnover for the third consecutive year, Valsts nekustamie ipasumi says, reports LETA.

Last year, Valsts nekustamie ipasumi consolidated turnover reached EUR 2.49 million.

 

Over 2014, Valsts nekustamie ipasumi and its subsidiaries paid EUR 17.37 million into state budget, which is 33% more than last year. In 2013, Valsts nekustamie ipasumi paid EUR 13 million into state budget.

 

The most important investments by Valsts nekustamie ipasumi in 2014 were reconstruction of Riga Castle, renovation of the State Archives of Latvia, restoration of the Museum of Rainis and Aspazija, and construction of the State Fire and Rescue Service's fire station in Cesis.

 

Valsts nekustamie ipasumi manages 1.04 million square meters of real estate area, and 17.57 million square meters of land area.

 

As reported, in 2014, Valsts nekustamie ipasumi earned EUR 1.31 million, as compared with EUR 5.1 million in 2013, according to Firmas.lv information.

 

Compared with 2013, the company's turnover this year grew 10%, reaching EUR 48.916 million.
