Ober-Haus Lithuania achieved EUR 3.25 mln turnover in 2014

Ober-Haus Lithuania provided services 7,199 times in 2014. Its employees brokered real estate purchase, sales and rent transactions, evaluated immovable and movable properties, provided business consultations and carried out market research. In 2013 the company provided real estate-related services 7,182 times.
The company reported that in 2014 the greatest growth was achieved in land plot sales, by 83% more transactions were completed compared to 2013.
As regards housing property market, sales increased by 13 and rent by 8%. Similar results were recorded in commercial property market, where sales grew by 8 and rent by 10%.
In 2015 Ober-Haus Lithuania intends to expand staff, organise training and quality assurance programmes, work with international partners and develop property management services.
Ober-Haus Lithuania CEO Remigijus Pleteras said that these are one of the main measures aimed at increasing yearly turnover by 11% in 2015 and maintaining the leading position in the real estate market.
