Alita's shareholders approve 4,046 thousand litas profit

The annual general meeting of shareholders of the Lithuania-based company, the producer of alcoholic drinks Alita approved its profit and loss account, according to which its net profit reached 4,046 thousand litas, the company said in a statement to the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius.

Transfers from compulsory reserve total 5,083 thousand litas.

 

Transfers from share premium amount to 74,198 thousand litas.
