Lango and Ilguciema maiznica owner acquired by German company

Following the acquisition deal, the company has been renamed Green Mix Wonderland.
Igors Trofimovs is the company's only board member.
The German company has paid EUR 38,417 for 100 percent of the Latvian company's shares.
FF Foods Communications Department's head Jolanta Gaudiesa told the Nozare.lv business portal that the company would continue to pursue its development strategy, focusing on fast-food segment, professional baked goods segment, and "bake off" products segment.
The acquisition deal will have no effect on the customers of FF Foods and the company will continue selling Lango and Ilguciema maiznica konditoreja products as usual. Also, all FF Foods employees continue to work at the company.
According to Firmas.lv data, FF Foods posted EUR 4.077 million in turnover and EUR 209,015 in losses in 2012. The company has not yet released its annual report for 2013.
