Print versionOn February 25, 2014, the Bank of Lithuania approved a circular of SBA Furniture Group for the mandatory takeover bid regarding the shares of Lithuania-based furniture producer Klaipedos Baldai, the company reported LETA/ELTA.

The implementation of the takeover bid shall commence on March 3, 2014, and will end on April 1, 2014.
The takeover bid price is EUR 2.83 per one ordinary registered share of the company with nominal value one litas each.
