Yesterday, Pavluts met with Kuwait National Assembly members to discuss bilateral economic cooperation, Nozare.lv was informed by the minister's press secretary Daiga Grube.

The minister emphasized Latvia's interest in expanding export markets and volumes outside the European Union and attracting quality investments.

The Kuwaiti side appreciated Latvia's advantages in investment attraction, allowing the possibility of Kuwaiti businessmen investing in Latvia due to the country's favorable business environment, excellent geographical location, access to markets, knowledge and experience in various sectors, well-tended and green environment, informed Grube.

It was also mentioned that Latvia can provide added value to Kuwaiti investments and become an interesting destination for Kuwaiti tourists.
