In order to increase exports, the Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce in the UK and Lithuanian Embassy invite Lithuanians residing in the UK to a series of free business seminars.

The seminars are for those who are considering starting own business, has just started it or has already been running it for some time, the Chamber says. The aim is to get all active, motivated and entrepreneury Lithuanians, provide them with full information about starting own business in the UK and finally, by the end of the series, to bring several companies from Lithuania who are looking for any sort of representation – be it sales, contacts or the business itself – in the UK., reports LETA/ELTA.

Seminars will see well known and established businessmen, experts of their fields making presentation on the current and most important topics for young businessmen and businesswomen.

President of the Chamber Marius Bruzas said that the idea to start a series of business seminars emerged when several small-scale Lithuanian enterprises applied the Chamber wanting to lunch their business in the UK. However, the companies did not have sufficient financial capacities to carry out local market research on their own.
