Invalda sells Umega's shares

Invalda sold 29.5% of shares of the metal processing company Umega, writes LETA/ELTA.
According to the report, shares were sold to other shareholders of Umega.
The sale of Umega shares will not affect the stand-alone financial statements of Invalda for the first quarter of 2012. The transaction should have a preliminary positive effect of approximately two million litas in the consolidated statements.
