"The economic recession is a good experience and it’s possible to get more job even in bad situation," Urmas Magi, the manager of private Estonian wood processing company Nelico, said.

That is a change from the beginning of the year, when most of the entrepreneurs were in shock.

"The economic crisis has rather given us opportunities we wouldn't have had a couple of years ago. Today we can get new clients, issue loans and take deposits. The competition has weakened," Erki Kilu from a bank LHV Bank said.

Risto Rossar, the manager of insurance company IIZI said that the insurance companies consolidate.

Eve Piibeleht, the manager of aid company Humana, said that she likes the economic crisis since it brought people back on the ground.
