Ekspress Grupp acquires full holding in Adnet Media

Print versionThe listed Estonian media holding Ekspress Grupp on November 16th acquired full ownership of UAB Adnet Media after receiving permission from the Lithuanian competition authority, informs LETA/BNS.

After receiving approval from the Lithuanian competition authority, AS Ekspress Grupp on Nov. 16 acquired 51% of UAB Adnet Media, as a result of which AS Ekspress Grupp owns 100% of the shares in Adnet Media, Ekspress Grupp told the stock exchange.
In November 2013, shareholders of AS Ekspress Grupp and UAB Adnet Media signed an agreement of purchase and sale of shares, under which AS Ekspress Grupp acquired a 49% holding in UAB Adnet Media, a company selling online advertising services in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
