TV3 Latvia changes name to All Media Latvia, gets new supervisory board

A new supervisory board has been appointed for the company, made up of All Media Latvia CEO Pierre Danon, Bite Group board member and director Nikita Sergienko, and Bite Group finance director Arunas Duda. The changes in the makeup of supervisory board were registered on Thursday.
The company's executive board includes Agita Ferstere and All Media Latvia head in Latvia, Baiba Zuzena.
Lithuania-registered Bite Lietuva is now the sole owner of the company.
