Tallinna Vesi to distribute EUR 10.8 mln in dividends

Print versionThe listed Estonian water services company Tallinna Vesi is set to pay 10.8 mln euros of its 2016 profit of 18.4 mln euros out as dividend, reported LETA/BNS.

The company will pay 0.54 euros per share to the owners of
the A-shares and 600 euros per share to the owner of the B-share, it appears
from the notice to convene the annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders
published on Monday.
The proposal of the supervisory board to the shareholders is
to pay out the dividend on June 26, 2017 and to close the list of shareholders
for dividend payment as at 11:59 p.m. on June 16, 2017.
In addition the shareholders are to vote on proposals to
recall Mart Magi from the
supervisory board, to extend the powers of Allar
Joks as member of the supervisory board and to elect Priit Rohumaa as member of the supervisory board.
The AGM will be held on June 1.
