Aeroc construction materials maker renamed to Bauroc

The change of the company’s name has been recorded in the Register of Enterprises last Friday, March 10.
Bauroc is a member of Estonia’s construction materials group Bauroc International.
In 2015, Aeroc generated EUR 5.499 million in turnover, up 0.3% against 2014, and the company’s loss expanded by 31.5% to EUR 785,592. The company’s 2016 financial results have not yet been released.
Aeroc has been making and selling aerated concrete blocks since 2002. The company’s share capital is EUR 3.363 mln.
