Prices for milk products have increased substantially at stores, and that is due to a steep increase in raw milk prices, which have increased by about one-third recently. "While farmers are happy, dairy companies have to increase prices of their products. Some have increased prices 10%t, others 20%, and some even 30%," said Gulbe.
She also said that prices of milk products would continue to grow at the beginning of 2017.
It is not particular milk products that are becoming more expensive, but milk products from particular companies, added Gulbe.
