Latvia’s Lido catering company posts EUR 1.23 mln in 2015 profit

In 2014 the company sustained loss worth EUR 888,957, and the company’s turnover was EUR 33.15 mln.
Lido this year plans to continue development, opening new cafes in Latvia and abroad.
As reported, Lido has invested EUR 3 mln in the opening of two Kirsons restaurants and a food production base in the German capital city Berlin. Also, the company invested EUR 1.2 mln in opening the third Lido restaurant in Estonian capital Tallinn.
Lido, founded in 1991, specializes in catering, food processing and production and distribution of semi-finished products for the food industry. Latvian businessman Gunars Kirsons is the sole owner of the company, and its share capital is EUR 927,427.
Lido has ten restaurants, several production facilities and retail stores in Riga as well as three restaurants in Tallinn, as well as two restaurants and a plant in Berlin.
