Print versionKentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) and Pizza Hut could establish presence in Estonia in 2017 at the earliest, the Baltic franchise holder for the two fast food chains said, cites LETA/BNS.

"We are aiming to open Pizza Hut and KFC restaurants in all the Baltic countries," Karlis Zandersons, manager of the Baltic region for KFC and Pizza Hut, told BNS.
He said that while at present the franchise holder is busy expanding in Latvia and Lithuania, it is keeping an eye also on possibilities to open restaurants in Estonia.
"This could happen in 2017 at the earliest," Zandersons said.
The first Pizza Hut restaurant in Latvia opened in the Old Town of Riga on Wednesday. The first KFC restaurant in Latvia opened in August 2015.
