Pieno Zvaigzdes posts Q1 loss of EUR 1.3 mln

Print versionPieno Zvaigzdes, one of Lithuania's largest dairy producers, said that its first-quarter sales revenue in 2016 fell to 34.8 million euros, down 12.6% from 39.8 million euros in the same period last year, reports LETA/BNS.

First-quarter losses widened to 1.33 million euros, from 0.4 million euros a year earlier, the company said in a stock exchange release.
The dairy producer's annual net profit last year slumped down by 46.5% to 2.66 million euros as sales revenue dropped by 31.6% to 163.79 million euros.
Pieno Zvaigzdes' shares are quoted on the blue chip Main List of the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange.
